Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 2026

By accessing or using this service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all of the following terms.

1. Service Description

We provide offshore Virtual Private Server (VPS) and hosting services, with data centers distributed across multiple jurisdictions in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas, including but not limited to Japan, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Germany, and the United States.

2. Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.
Keep your login credentials secure; if you discover unauthorized access, notify us immediately via ticket.
Each user is limited to one account; abuse of multiple accounts will result in permanent suspension of all accounts.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate service termination without refund:

Sending spam (SPAM / UCE) or mass unsolicited messages
Hosting or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

We operate on a "zero-knowledge" principle and do not actively monitor user data, but maintain zero tolerance for the above activities.

4. Payment Terms

Services are prepaid on a per-cycle basis. Services will be automatically suspended after 1 day of non-payment and terminated with permanent data deletion after 2 days.
We accept cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, etc.) and other supported payment methods.
All prices are denominated in USD; no compensation is provided for exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Service Availability & SLA

We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime. The following do not count toward SLA calculations:

Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, large-scale cyberattacks, etc.)
Scheduled maintenance (notified 24 hours in advance)
Unavailability caused by the customer's own actions or configuration errors

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for any indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the actual fees you have paid in the most recent 30 days.

7. Service Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate service in the following circumstances: violation of AUP, continuous non-payment exceeding 2 days.
We receive a lawful court order from a jurisdiction with competent authority. After termination, server data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours and cannot be recovered.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via registered email or control panel notification in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If you have any questions, please contact us through the control panel ticket system or Telegram.

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Collected at registration:

Email address (used for account verification and service notifications)
Payment records (amount, time, method; cryptocurrency payments do not record wallet addresses)

Automatically collected during service operation:

Control panel login IP (only the most recent is retained; overwritten after 24 hours)
Server resource usage statistics (CPU, bandwidth usage — anonymized aggregates, not linked to individuals)

What we explicitly do NOT collect:

Any data or traffic content on your server
Your real name, phone number, or physical address
Browser cookie tracking identifiers (only session-essential cookies are used)

2. Zero-Log Commitment

We do not record, store, or retain your server network traffic, connection logs, or usage behavior logs. We eliminate log retention at the architectural level — this is a technical guarantee, not just a policy commitment.

3. Purpose of Information Use

The limited information we collect is used solely for:

Account authentication and security verification
Service provisioning, invoice generation, and expiry reminders
Responding to support requests you actively submit
Detecting and preventing abuse that violates the AUP (based on system-level metrics, not content inspection)

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except in the following compelled circumstances:

Receipt of a court order from a jurisdiction with competent legal authority (though given the extremely limited data we retain, what we can provide is equally limited)
Minimum necessary information required by payment processors to handle refunds

5. Data Storage & Security

Account data is stored in an encrypted database using AES-256 encryption at rest.
TLS 1.3 encryption is enforced on all data in transit.
Employee access to user data is governed by the principle of least privilege with audit logging.
Data center physical security meets industry standards in each respective region.

6. Data Retention Periods

Data Type	Retention Period
Account information	Deleted within 3 days of account cancellation
Payment records	Retained 30 days for reconciliation, then anonymized
Login IP	Most recent only; overwritten after 24 hours
Server traffic logs	Not retained

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

View and modify account information through the control panel
Request an export of your account data
Request account cancellation and deletion of all data (submit a ticket; processed within 48 hours)

8. Cookie Policy

This website uses only session cookies necessary to maintain login state. We do not use any tracking or advertising cookies and do not integrate third-party analytics scripts.

9. Contact

If you have any questions about this privacy policy, please contact us through the control panel ticket system.

DMCA Policy

Our Jurisdictional Position

Our data centers are distributed across multiple jurisdictions. Some of the countries and regions where our nodes are located are not subject to the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we are not directly governed by that law.

Complaints We Will Process

We will carefully review and act on the following types of complaints:

Large-scale commercial piracy (mass unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content)
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — handled immediately and unconditionally

Before Filing a Complaint

Please note the following before submitting a copyright complaint:

We are a network infrastructure provider, not a content hosting platform. We only provide IP addresses and bandwidth — we do not host content on users' servers.
We do not retain user content logs and cannot provide user identity information.
Minor infringement, personal use, or content with a reasonable "fair use" argument falls outside the scope of what we process.
Complaints that abuse the process for competitive suppression will be documented and rejected.

Submitting a Complaint

If you have confirmed the existence of the serious infringement described above, please submit through the control panel ticket system with the following:

A specific description of the copyrighted work
The exact URL or IP address of the infringing content
Your contact information and proof of copyright ownership
A statement affirming your legal right to the content described

We commit to providing a written response within 5 business days of receiving a complete complaint.

If you have any questions, please contact us through the ticket system.
